Lee is an experienced learning and development professional with a proven track record in managing the complete learning cycle. After graduating from the University of the West of Scotland, he worked for many of the leading providers in the Health and Social Care sector.

Lee founded Slanjava Learning Ltd in 2021 to assist organisations with navigating employee training/education in the so called VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world.
